Architectural and Interior Design

For this competition, we developed the architectural design of a residential building located in Parma, Italy, carefully following the client's requirements and guidelines. The proposal is based on an optimized floor plan that allows for three apartments per level: two with two bedrooms and one with three bedrooms.

Each unit was designed to offer functionality, comfort, and full accessibility. We adhered to all specified spatial standards, particularly regarding the required turning diameters for wheelchair users, ensuring that all bathrooms are fully compliant with accessibility regulations.

In addition to the architectural layout, we also created an interior design proposal to bring character and coherence to the living spaces. A balanced palette of materials and finishes was selected to blend warmth and modernity, resulting in a contemporary, functional, and comfortable living experience for future residents.
