A boutique hotel is being developed in this project. The hotel consists of eight rooms, storage, laundry, kitchen, dining area and outdoor cafe. There is also a seating area near the entrance. All rooms are designed in such a way that the rooms have natural light (windows). Six rooms have the dimensions the client requested, but the other two rooms are larger, more comfortable and with double beds. It is possible to make entresols in large rooms and place there the third bed.
