Il progetto si caratterizza dal punto di vista planimetrico per la razionalità e la funzionalità degli spazi e da un interior design ricercato ed elegante dai toni soft e con caratteristiche architettoniche di forte impatto estetico. Fino dall’ingresso /hall con il desk per l’accoglienza e le sedute per gli ospiti si noteranno gli archi che conducono verso il corridoio, anche qui una sequenza di modanature ad arco a rilievo sulle pareti segneranno l’ingresso alle varie stanze, il lucernario che corre per tutta la lunghezza contribuirà a rendere questo spazio luminoso e di impatto. Alle 6 camere è stata data una lettura progettuale che propone diverse soluzioni d’arredo di forte impatto estetico in modo da avere un ventaglio di opzioni su cui scegliere in base alle esigenze. Tutte le camere proposte si caratterizzano da una prima zona ingresso ribassata da un controsoffitto e arcate di passaggio con armadio a muro a vista o chiuso da ante ed elemento contenitore con il necessario per la colazione, dal letto con i comodini da una scrivania con pouf. Alcune camere ospitano un sofà o una dormeuse da utilizzare come letto aggiuntivo. I bagni integrati nella camera e parzialmente a vista sono studiati per essere un punto focale di questo progetto. Sono caratterizzati da una zona con grande doccia e da lavabi da appoggio o da terra, con la possibilità di chiudere questa zona con vetrate scorrevoli e da una zona più nascosta per i sanitari. In alcune camere è prevista l’istallazione di una scenografica vasca freestyle. I materiali naturali come il marmo e il legno e la palette dai colori neutri come il bianco il beige il tortora contribuiscono a rendere l’ambiente molto accogliente ed elegante.

The project is characterized from a planimetric point of view by the rationality and functionality of the spaces and by a refined and elegant interior design with soft tones and architectural features of strong aesthetic impact. From the entrance/hall with the reception desk and seating for guests you will notice the arches leading towards the corridor, here too a sequence of arched moldings in relief on the walls will mark the entrance to the various rooms, the skylight running the entire length will help make this space bright and impactful. The 6 rooms have been given a design interpretation that offers different furnishing solutions with a strong aesthetic impact in order to have a range of options to choose from based on needs. All the proposed rooms are characterized by a first entrance area lowered by a false ceiling and passage arches with an exposed built-in wardrobe or closed by doors and a container element with the necessary items for breakfast, a bed with bedside tables and a desk with ottoman. Some rooms have a sofa or daybed to use as an additional bed. The bathrooms integrated into the room and partially exposed are designed to be a focal point of this project. They are characterized by an area with a large shower and free-standing or floor-standing washbasins, with the possibility of closing this area with sliding windows and a more hidden area for the bathroom fixtures. In some rooms the installation of a spectacular freestyle bathtub is planned. The natural materials such as marble and wood and the neutral color palette such as white, beige and dove gray contribute to making the environment very welcoming and elegant.
