Per la natura dei lavori strutturali che verranno effettuati per spostare la soletta tra il Piano Primo e il Sottotetto, si coglie l'occasione per ricollocare la scala su un lato della casa e poter così ridistribuire in modo ottimale tutti i livelli, guadagnare ampiezza spaziale e aggiungere stanze, che insieme aggiungono valore alla tua proprietà.
La scala è disegnata accompagnata da lucernari sul tetto della casa che aiutano ad inglobare la luce naturale fino al Piano Terra. Viene posata una carta da parati elegante e semplice che accompagna la scala durante tutto il suo percorso per evidenziarla.
In Piano Terra viene progettato un monolocale più spazioso e confortevole, viene allargata l'apertura del portone di accesso principale al garage in modo che possa entrare una piccola auto e si separa l'ingresso dalla zona lavanderia/ripostiglio per poter mantenere la la prima pulita e ordinata e la seconda si trova sul retro in diretto rapporto con il patio.
Il Piano Primo, guadagna un bagno in più grazie allo spostamento della scala e permette di avere una cameretta più comoda per il bambino.
L'Open Space integra il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo, avendo come punto focale il mobile camino che aggiunge un tocco classico allo stile moderno della ristrutturazione.
L'anta della cucina è in vetro per guadagnare profondità spaziale, sebbene non sia integrata nell'Open Space, nonché per consentire alla luce naturale di attraversare l'intera area sociale di quel livello.
Al nuovo livello Sottotetto si sfrutta al massimo lo spazio disponibile, potendo aggiungere 2 camere da letto, 1 studio, 1 bagno, 1 guardaroba e una sala ricreativa dove si possono guardare film, serie, partite sportive, ecc., insieme a amici e famiglia. The staircase is designed accompanied by skylights on the roof of the house that help to incorporate natural light up to the Piano Terra. An elegant and simple wallpaper is placed that accompanies the staircase throughout its entire route to highlight it.
In the Piano Terra, a more spacious and comfortable studio apartment is designed, the opening of the main access door to the garage is widened so that a small car can enter and the income is separated from the laundry / closet area to be able to keep the first clean and tidy and the second is located at the bottom in direct relationship with the patio.
