Minimal alteration concept. Since the bathroom cannot open into living room directly (according to the rules) its entrance is under the staircase. Note, I have interchanged Living and Dining as I feel that is more appropriate. Note, you can have a door in the Living Room to access the Utility Area if you desire. Also note, the steps need to have a raiser height of 16 cm (6 inches). About the bathroom in the first floor, I have attached it to the bedroom as that's more appropriate now due to the fact that you now have a common bathroom on the ground floor. Hope this helps.
