Dear Client, Work has been done on the complete renovation of your villa, from the inside and outside, with all its rooms overlooking the sea, so that it expresses its full potential, allowing it to be rented for a short stay through a villa specialist, or a number of rooms can be made separately for maximum financial benefit as needed, and of course sometimes used . For this purpose, care has been taken to make the villa look very beautiful and contain many similar bedrooms.

The villa is well designed in order to allow each room to have a view of the sea, so that the bed is facing the window in the room so that the visitor can see the sea while sitting on the bed and while drinking tea as well.

From the outside: the spaces were completely redesigned and improved, with a slight change in shapes, and making them less pointed, as we used the organic design method in designing the new outdoor space that will be added to the current building and contains a swimming pool and solarium.

From the inside: a complete redesign was made to provide space for more bedrooms, where we added two new bedrooms, in addition to converting the kitchen into a bedroom, including a bathroom and a changing room, to be the master bedroom in the villa, and thus the villa became containing two bedrooms, an office room, a kitchen, and many more The bathrooms and an open space to include the reception area, the living room and the dining table, in addition to the games room that can be closed.
All spaces have been made more comfortable and let in more light, as at the moment it seems restricted by having too many walls.
