Residenziale - Appartamento
This proposal transforms the existing 45 m² apartment into a warm and functional Bohemian-Country retreat designed for both short-term holiday rentals and future permanent living.
The layout maximizes space by creating a bright open-plan living room and kitchen connected directly to the terrace, which becomes the primary outdoor dining area during the summer months. A fully enclosed children's bedroom provides acoustic privacy and comfortable accommodation for up to four guests, while the master bedroom offers generous storage and a dedicated work-from-home corner.
A central night hall integrates extensive storage, a concealed laundry and technical cabinet, and independent access to the bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all occupants. The kitchen has been redesigned as a practical linear layout with ample worktop space, a 45 cm dishwasher, and full-height refrigerator while maintaining a light and uncluttered appearance.
The proposal also considers the owner's long-term plans. The partition wall of the children's bedroom is designed as a non-structural element that can be removed in the future and replaced with wooden slatted panels, sliding glass doors, or furniture partitions, creating a larger and more open living space while preserving the possibility of a guest sleeping area when required.
The overall design combines flexibility, functionality, natural materials, and soft earthy colors to create a relaxing seaside home inspired by the Tuscan landscape.
