Gentile cliente, le 5 diverse ipotesi presentate rispondono alle sue esigenze in modi differenti, così da consentirle una scelta più vicina al suo gusto ed al suo modo di vivere la casa.
La camera da letto rimane invariata in ogni proposta e, come da sua richiesta, viene posizionata a sinistra ed è dotata di una cabina armadio molto ampia. Si propone inoltre la chiusura vetrata della cabina, come da immagini esplicative, così dare la sensazione di ampiezza ed ariosità alla camera da letto, pur mantenendo le funzioni ben distinte.
Anche la zona d’ingresso resta pressoché invariata tra le varie proposte: si prevede l’inserimento di un armadio guardaroba in nicchia a lato dell’ingresso, mentre sulla parete frontale si propone l’inserimento di uno specchio a tutta altezza, così da camuffare la presenza del muro grazie al gioco di riflessi. Questo consente alla zona ingresso di avere una maggior luce e la sensazione di maggior ampiezza. Da ultimo, sul lato destro dell’ingresso, si suggerisce il posizionamento di una mensola vuota tasche con pouf, ma potrebbe anche trovar posto la sua bici da corsa, sfruttando soluzioni dal valore estetico che ben si integrano all’interno di un appartamento, come quelle nei riferimenti inseriti.
Venendo ora alle differenze tra le varie proposte, la prima ipotesi è l’unica con due servizi igienici, di cui uno, ridotto al necessario, ad uso esclusivo della camera da letto e su cui sono installati solamente water e lavello. L’altro, di contro, è completo di ogni confort da lei richiesto: ampia doccia da 110x70, un lavello, water, bidet e vano lavanderia camuffabile con delle ante a doc. Ovviamente, inserendo due servizi igienici, la zono giorno di questa proposta risulta leggermente minore rispetto a quella delle successive ipotesi, senza nulla togliere alla funzionalità ed al design della stessa. Infatti la cucina viene posizionata nell’angolo in basso a destra e viene completata con un tavolo tondo, così da rendere più fluidi i passaggi tra gli arredi. La zona divani viene posizionata in alto, in adiacenza alla porta finestra di accesso al balcone, così da godere al meglio dell’illuminazione naturale.
Nella seconda ipotesi è presente un solo bagno e l’area lavanderia viene posizionata nel disimpegno subito adiacente ad esso. La zona giorno ha l’area cucina-pranzo identica alla proposta precedente mentre l’area divani è più ampia e si presenta la possibilità di inserire un angolo scrivania al lato della parete tv.
Nelle ultime tre ipotesi la cucina cambia posizione, venendo disposta in linea addossata alla parete di divisione con il servizio igienico. Con tale disposizione la zona divani può essere disposta in tre posizioni differenti, una per ogni proposta: nell’opzione 3 si prevede il posizionamento della parete tv sulla parete più a destra ed il divano di schiena alla cucina. Per chiudere il retro divano alla vista diretta dall’ingresso si inserisce un piano snack che può essere anche un utile ripiano retro divano. Tale elemento divide funzionalmente le aree ma non visivamente: dall’ingresso si può abbracciare in una sola occhiata tutta la zona giorno. Nella tavola è presente un’immagine di riferimento dell’idea di progetto.
Nell’opzione 4 il divano viene invece posizionato di schiena alla parete più a destra e viene prolungata la rientranza presente vicino alla cucina per poter posizionare agevolmente una TV. Anche qui viene proposto il piano snack ma di dimensioni più ridotte rispetto a quello dell’opzione precedente.
In entrambe le proposte 3 e 4 il tavolo da pranzo tondo si trova in basso e viene completato da una madia che potrebbe avere il ripiano superiore scorrevole così da trasformarsi in scrivania all’occorrenza. Nella proposta 3 viene suggerita una diversa disposizione del servizio igienico: posizionando la doccia sotto la finestra è possibile averla di dimensioni maggiori :140x 70. Se però tale distribuzione non fosse di suo gradimento è perfettamente interscambiabile con la disposizione classica presente nelle altre ipotesi.
Da ultimo la proposta 5 ha la zona giorno libera da elementi centrali, per una versatilità massima degli spazi, al fine di adattarsi alle più svariate situazioni.

The bedroom remains unchanged in every proposal and, as per his request, is positioned on the left and is equipped with a very large walk-in closet. We also propose the glass closure of the cabin, as shown in the explanatory images, so as to give the feeling of amplitude and airiness to the bedroom, while maintaining distinct functions.
Even the entrance area remains almost unchanged between the various proposals: the insertion of a wardrobe closet in the niche at the side of the entrance is foreseen, while on the front wall it is proposed to insert a full-height mirror, so as to camouflage the presence of the wall thanks to the play of reflections. This allows the entrance area to have more light and the feeling of greater amplitude. Finally, on the right side of the entrance, it is suggested the positioning of an empty shelf with pouf pockets, but it could also find a place for his racing bike, taking advantage of solutions with an aesthetic value that are well integrated into an apartment, such as those in the references inserted.
Coming now to the differences between the various proposals, the first hypothesis is the only one with two toilets, one of which, reduced to the necessary, for the exclusive use of the bedroom and on which only the toilet and sink are installed. The other, on the other hand, is complete with every comfort you require: large 110x70 shower, a sink, toilet, bidet and laundry compartment that can be camouflaged with doc doors. Obviously, by inserting two toilets, the day area of ​​this proposal is slightly less than that of the subsequent hypotheses, without detracting from its functionality and design. In fact, the kitchen is positioned in the lower right corner and is completed with a round table, so as to make the passages between the furnishings more fluid. The sofa area is positioned at the top, adjacent to the French door leading to the balcony, so as to make the most of natural lighting.
In the second hypothesis there is only one bathroom and the laundry area is positioned in the hallway immediately adjacent to it. The living area has the kitchen-dining area identical to the previous proposal while the sofa area is wider and there is the possibility of inserting a desk corner next to the TV wall.
In the last three hypotheses, the kitchen changes position, being placed in line against the partition wall with the toilet. With this arrangement, the sofa area can be arranged in three different positions, one for each proposal: in option 3, the TV wall is positioned on the far right wall and the sofa at the back of the kitchen. To close the back of the sofa from direct view from the entrance, a snack top is inserted which can also be a useful shelf behind the sofa. This element divides the areas functionally but not visually: from the entrance you can embrace the entire living area in a single glance. In the table there is a reference image of the project idea.
In option 4, the sofa is instead positioned back to the far right wall and the recess near the kitchen is extended in order to easily position a TV. Here, too, the snack top is proposed but smaller in size than that of the previous option.
In both proposals 3 and 4, the round dining table is located at the bottom and is completed by a sideboard that could have a sliding top shelf so as to turn into a desk if necessary. Proposal 3 suggests a different arrangement of the toilet: by placing the shower under the window it is possible to have it larger: 149x 79. However, if this distribution is not to your liking, it is perfectly interchangeable with the classic arrangement present in the other hypotheses.
Lastly, proposal 5 has the living area free from central elements, for maximum versatility of the spaces, in order to adapt to the most varied situations.
