Good afternoon dear client, the project was developed according to the requested requirements and local regulations.
The entrance has a clothes rack, a mirror (as in the reference) and an assigned area for bicycles.
We decided to give more importance to the social/tv area with an open concept.
The L-shaped sofa allows free movement and saves space looking towards a built-in TV cabinet.
We didn't decide to build a very large kitchen because you won't be using it much.
The washing machine would be just outside the bathroom under the window or if you like it could also go into the kitchen.
The room has a large built-in cabinet for television, a large closet and a desk.
