Thanks for the contest and the design opportunity it has given me.
Following, you can find the strenghts of my project:
1- Both the night area and living area are accessible from the entrance trough a small hallway. It allows them to be completely indipendent from each others.
2- The entrance to the bathroom is through the night area hallway. This way, the door to the bathroom has not placed in the main entrance.
3- The washing machine and tumble dryer are seattled in the washing area of the bathroom, integrated and hidden in a closet.
4- The walk-in closet is located in the night area yet absolutely indipendent from the bedroom and just in front of the bathroom, that is rather convenient in the daily routine.
5- The living room is a bright and functional open space furnished with a round table, as you required, and two comfortable large seats you can use separately or combining them to create a sofa.
