Firstly I wish to thank you for this opportunity.Before I go further I want you to be aware that the blue print can be provided for all custom furniture if you wish. This project was mainly based on the interior design of the house and the space utilisation. I would start by discussing my design idea for the living room, the living which has a traditional fire place was changed to a more modern fire place using boards,a fire place visible At three sides, also, use of a retractable wall to hide away coats and create storage place just by the door plus a single L shaped chair and additional niches for decoration purpose.
MASTERS BATHROOM
Positions of the bath, the water closest and bidet have been maintained but have been changed and the site are found on the bathroom fixture list, made a double vanity and more storage space and laundry at the end with a small rack to dry in the bathroom.
THE MASTER BEDROOM
A full wall wardrobe as specified cashed in plaster Can b found there, a master bed and an inbuilt dressing table in the wardrobe. Site to purchase has been provided.
THE CHILDRENS ROOM.
A bridge wardrobe has been but one bed space provided,the wardrobe could be re-arranged to have the bed as shown in the DWG The office has been designed to have a retractable wall which would been used to hide the visitors folding bed in the absence of visitors to create more space and neatly putting away the bed without making an unpleasant sight for d eyes.The half bathroom was designed to your request. The hall was designed to ur request .
THE KITCHEN.
Has an island but of a dinning table, I thought it would be more pleasant to have an extension connected to the island to make room for four or five people to eat from and also the pantry is retractable located close to the door. It was designed to be able to slide out and things kept posited back while normal cabinets are still at its front, this is shown in the DWG..all furniture's use were from European companies such as;poliform, minotti e.t.cAnd for custom furniture's can easily be designed by a local carpenter. Factory to save cost and create room for more flexibility, can make the blue prints readily available without any extra cost.
I took ill that's why I asked for an extension but I was still unable to complete the project.
