Belanova is a five star serviced apartment hotel development in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja. It comprises 31 one bedroom apartments and 8 two bedroom apartments and has two Restaurants, one located on the ground floor and another at the rooftop. The plan is to make the rooftop restaurant a trendy lounge setting with great ambience, utilizing the open terrace. Each restaurant has a complete fitted kitchen which I have labeled in the drawings. The rooftop restaurant also has an allocated private dinning area but this can be used for a different purpose if the design calls for it. Also, I would like the design to leverage the glass dome ceiling in the rooftop restaurant. This ceiling is visible in some of the attached pictures
Please note the following.
1. There are two restaurants, one is located on the ground floor and the other is located on the pent house floor. Both floor plans are loaded .
2. I would prefer to receive designs for both of them but more focus should be on the Pent house restaurant.
3. The DWG that was loaded was for the ground floor, it was meant to be traced for the Pent house Floor .
4. The Ground floor will be an in-house restaurant/cafe for the hotel for buffet and all. WHILE the Pent House which the focus is on is for the Restaurant and bar which inspirational pictures were loaded for.
5. The Pent House Floor Plan , shows a private dinning, this can be converted to another use based on your designs, Also the Bar can be moved into this Private dinning area to max the space. The Kitchen is already Fixed and cannot be move. This is shown in the uploaded .jpg Floor plan.
6. The name of the Upstairs Restaurant is Meraki. while that of the one downstairs will be Nova Cafe … ( from the hotel name Belanova)
