The proposed design for a complete bedroom renovation is minimalistic and clean. The natural tones of floor and furniture create the perception of a bigger and brighter space. From an architectural standpoint, the project includes new walls to create a walk-in closet. It enhances comfort and practicality and it’s illuminated by LED lights. It also helps creating a more intimate and private zone, big enough to include a comfortable French bed.
The new walls are designed to define a designated makeup area, thoughtfully furnished and organized. This area could gain additional personality and sophistication through the application of wallpaper or a different color tone compared to the other walls, contributing to the dynamism of the entire space. The decision to place the study area on the larger wall is driven by the desire to maximize the use of natural light.
A refined lounge/relaxation space takes place in the area in front of the window. It contains an egg-shaped chair and a sleek, modern, linear design bookshelf designed to be highly functional, accommodating both reading materials and school-related items. This space is also designed to accommodate technological devices such as a television or a record player.
