The aim of the project is to provide to the client a functional layout for their new apartment. is simply to place all the living areas in the part of ​​the house facing south, keeping instead bathroom and bedrooms in the area facing north.
Once inside, a short corridor leads to the main room of the house, the living room. This is a large environment, sunny and well-connected both with the bedrooms and with the kitchen. In fact, the Okite worktop extends itself "bursting" into the living room, proposing itself as a snack table.
The sleeping area, located beyond the wall that divides the entire space into two independent parts, consists of a bathroom (whose position is influenced by the impossibility of moving the drain pipe) equipped with a shower and a space for storage and laundry machine. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a room initially used as a small office, to be eventually converted into a single bedroom.
