I thought about splitting your property into four macro areas.
In the central part (blue field), a meeting place for common activities. It includes the entrance, the living room and the kitchen.
To the left (red), an area studied for the parents, including a studio, a double bedroom, a wardrobe and a bathroom.
To the right (green) the area for your children, with three bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet.
In the last area (grey) there is a bathroom with laundry facilities and the garage.
I tried to carefully follow your indications dimension of your apartment; you will excuse me if my project is not completely faithful to your directions.
As far as interior decoration is concerned, you could consider this project as an indication of a possible arrangement of furniture. They could of course have different shapes and colours according to your taste.
On the comparison table, I have described demolishing and constructing works. Other renovation works such as doors, floors, coverings, etc. are not included.
