The project has been developed in strict compliance with the existing heritage restrictions, which do not allow any form of demolition. All architectural interventions are therefore limited to the construction of internal partitions executed exclusively in drywall and insulated plasterboard.
The composition and spatial organization of each Bed and Breakfast units vary according to their respective dimensions, while consistently adhering to the functional, regulatory, and technical principles outlined above.
The internal layouts of the individual Bed and Breakfast units have been designed following the guidelines you provided.
Special attention has been given to flexibility of use: the living areas are designed to be easily convertible into additional sleeping spaces through appropriate furniture solutions.
In order to avoid any interference with the existing historic walls and installations, the water supply and sewage systems are organized through dedicated vertical installation blocks. These consist of service voids enclosed by plasterboard walls, aligned vertically across floors. Bathrooms and kitchen sinks are therefore arranged around these blocks, ensuring technical efficiency while fully preserving the original structure.
