There have been proposed two versions of the project, one as a B&B and the other as room rental.
In the B&B version it is provided with four bedrooms, each with bathroom inside, a utility room and a kitchen available to the guests.
In room rental version there are five bedrooms, each with a bathroom inside and provided with a mini monobloc kitchen.
In both version the existing floor, except the bathrooms, are to be kept.
The floor of all bathrooms can be paved with small colored tiles.
