Hello, first of all thank for your time that you are going to spend for my Contest and I hope to be as’ clear as possible by writing my needs.
I just simply add behind an old building a platform at same street level that allowed me to use it as a car park and below of it I created a space to use as a wine cellar or rather an place that I would use with family, friends and relatives to spend pleasant evenings together and celebrate various events.
Present state: and ‘still a rustic, and so I still have a lot of flexibility’ in changing the location of the various services.
The current height ‘of 2.80mt (I think at least), but there are not yet Floors.
Of the original project in DWG we would not make the technical/service small room (tool shed), but give this space to the large room environment, instead I would like to have a light well that illuminates the area below, and in fact below (on the North-East face) I thought I put the kitchen.
In the “cellar” we would like to have a wood stove and a fireplace: two chimney tubes arrive at the south wall half (in the drawing, and ‘only scored one but instead are two). I would like to create a beautiful environment just comfortable and livable, we like a lot the rustic (Tuscan style) but we do not like any kind of excesses. In the JPG file attached I tried to list the current status not followed in the original wdg project, in fact, during the construction were made some changes.
