The project of the house is based on trying to get open, big and bright spaces.

The entrance is directly connected to a spacious living room located in the middle of the house and the kitchen is at the bottom opened to the dining area and the living room. All this area is visually connected and has windows to both sides of the house, as the living room goes from side to side of the building, which gives a lot of light to this space. The kitchen and living room have a window-door to the terrace so it is very functional.
The reunion area with sofas of the living room is just in the centre of the house, the dining area is on the left side (next to the kitchen) and on the right side there is a chill-out area for reading or relaxing with a library and a divan, near to the master bedroom.

The secondary bathroom is next to the entrance and it allocates the laundry area in a big wardrobe. There are two guest bedrooms and the master bedroom has a dressing room with large wardrobes and a bathroom. The dressing room could have frosted glass partitions so that there is natural light running through all spaces into the bedroom but with privacy.
There is a new balcony connected to the terrace and the two windows in that side will become doors making the existing windows higher (one is in the secondary bathroom and the other in the dining room).

The style of the house is relaxed, elegant and cozy, with white as main colour, some stylish decoration and natural materials as rattan and wood to make it comfortable.
