I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of the two Studios (B & B San Pietro) .
My project was designed in two different ways:
The first method:
Creating a bed and breakfast place by creating a corridor to reach the second room on the upper floor, as it was necessary to create another bathroom on the upper floor, and thus we have a building containing
- An entrance and a corridor leading to Studio 1, which contains a master bedroom with its own bathroom and an open space for the kitchen and breakfast area.
At the end of the corridor we find a staircase that reaches the upper floor and we find ourselves inside a room containing a master bedroom, an open space for the kitchen and breakfast area, a small dressing room, and a private bathroom in the room.
The second method:
- A building consisting of one apartment, the ground floor of which contains a private living space, an open space for the kitchen, breakfast, and a bathroom
- The first floor contains a master bedroom with a dressing room and a small area for a coffee corner, in addition to a double bed.
