La proposta che ti presentiamo contempla la progettazione preliminare della tua azienda agricola con birrificio, oelificio e cantina ipogea, secondo la scala di produzione che aspiri ad avere all'anno; nonché le informazioni necessarie in questa fase del progetto preliminare. Abbiamo inserito anche 3 cabine per il B&B, così da poter includere la sistemazione nella tua offerta agrituristica.
Il fabbricato principale si trova nel punto più alto del terreno, per sfruttare al meglio la vista sul paesaggio e sul vigneto. Questo edificio (e il complesso in generale) è progettato pensando che 5 persone saranno incaricate di gestire tutte le attività del luogo, quindi è importante ottimizzare le distanze e i percorsi tra le diverse aree.
Le aree di produzione (birra, vino e olio d'oliva) si trovano all'estremità dell'edificio più vicino all'accesso carrabile del terreno per facilitare il carico e lo scarico della materia prima. Un grande open space che contiene l'ingresso, il negozio di souvenir, l'area degustazione e il ristorante è ciò che collega l'area di produzione con la cucina; Ciò consente di ottenere un senso di spaziosità poiché da questo spazio è possibile vedere l'area di produzione, che può essere attraente per i visitatori e incorporare anche le viste del paesaggio all'interno dell'edificio.
Il piano interrato esistente dell'“edificio 3” è utilizzato per localizzare un'area lounge esterna polivalente, inoltre è stato conservato il forno di 13 mq per collegarlo con la zona lounge e la cucina del ristorante. Questo spazio esterno può essere molto attraente per i visitatori dell'agriturismo e per l'organizzazione di eventi speciali.
Semplici e molto belle le baite-camere da letto del B&B sono progettate che sfruttano al meglio la vista del luogo e dei vigneti, e che grazie alla loro posizione nella parte bassa del terreno possono avere privacy dal resto delle aree dell'azienda e non ostruire la vista dell'edificio principale.
Nelle immagini 3D potrai vedere i materiali che proponiamo sono utilizzati negli edifici, come pietra, legno, cemento e vetro, che sono un equilibrio tra i materiali tipici delle costruzioni della zona e le presentazioni moderne di questi materiali , per garantirne la durata nel tempo e che si tratta di una costruzione che invecchia magnificamente nel tempo.

The proposal that we present to you contemplates the preliminary design of your agricultural farm with birrificio, oelificio and ipogea canteen, according to the scale of production that you aspire to have per year; as well as the necessary information at this stage of the preliminary project. The main building is located at the highest point of the land, to take advantage of the best views of the landscape and the vineyard. This building (and the complex in general) is designed thinking that 5 people will be in charge of operating all the activities of the place, therefore it is important to optimize the distances and routes between the different areas.
The production areas (beer, wine and olive oil) are located at the end of the building closest to the vehicular access of the plot to facilitate the loading and unloading of raw material. A large open space that contains the entrance hall, the souvenir shop, the tasting area and the restaurant is what links the production area with the kitchen; This makes it possible to gain a sense of spaciousness since from this space it is possible to see the production area, which can be attractive to visitors and also incorporate the views of the landscape into the interior of the building.
The existing foundations of "building 3" are used to locate a multipurpose outdoor lounge area, and the 13 m2 oven is also preserved to link it with the lounge area and the restaurant's kitchen. This outdoor area can be very attractive for visitors to agritourism and for organizing special celebration events.
Simple and very beautiful B&B cabins-bedrooms are designed that make the most of the views of the place and the vineyards, and that due to their location in the lower part of the plot can have privacy from the rest of the areas of the farm and do not obstruct the view of the main building.
