The project arises from the idea of combining the old with the new in order to create an innovative and striking architectural complex to attract the attention of future clients and be able to provide them with a unique and incomparable experience, thus respecting the entrance with buildings with stone finishes but with a modern touch in its wooden roofs and with an access finish alluding to a bottle of wine which can be seen from an aerial view, as we continue entering it is finished off with the access to the restaurant which is developed in a cylindrical roof that It burns the underground building where the microbrewery and the vineyard are located, which have direct access to go up to the kitchen and serve the diners, the access to the work area of the microbrewery is proposed to be from below from the adjoining fields.
It should be noted that the project was made based on a center and with a circular shape to make better use of the land from the center, the different areas were arranged in order to be modular and can be built in parts if necessary, it is so from the center to one side we have the farmhouse and the reception and to the opposite side the oil mill and towards the front the restaurant and the microbrewery and bñedo underneath, to the sides there is also the tool room and to the opposite side a house that is can rent in the future as BYB, well-lit pedestrian paths were also contemplated to be able to enjoy and access each area, as well as sufficient parking lots and retaining walls since the contour lines were considered to develop the project for what they were necessary However, it was tried that they were the minimum possible.
The finishes of the project try to blend in with the context by using mainly stone and wood and concrete on the wooden beamed roof. In addition, the lighting is very important in the project since by its disposition it guides visitors to the different areas to which they can go, making use of leed strips and low posts on the paths.
