IT - Il progetto cerca di rispondere a quanto richiesto. La principale modifica rispetto allo stato di fatto, riguarda il posizionamento della scala e la rimodulazione della scala stessa, sia perchè la tipologia di scala in quanto modulare lo permette, sia per un risparmio economico. Lo spostamento della scala permette di ridimensionare l'area d'ingresso al piano inferiore, dando maggiore spazio alla zona living, mentre al piano superiore la distribuzione e la qualità delle stanze vengono migliorate, trovando un giusto equilibrio. Questo è stato possibile soprattutto per la leggera rotazione planimetrica del disimpegno. Al piano inferiore ho preferito dare due soluzioni dell'area bagno e lavanderia (in una soluzione viene mantenuta la porta finestra per come è, nell'altra la si divide in due prevedendo la sostituzione dell'infisso). Esternamente potrebbe risultare molto interessante riuscire a ricavare un piccolo orto urbano nella zona di terrazzo a confine con l'altra proprietà.

Externally, it could be very interesting to be able to obtain a small urban garden in the terrace area on the border with the other properties.
