We presents two proposals for the apartment. Both face the problem of drainage of the second bathroom with the same solutions. The drainage of the bathroom is connected to the existing sewer of the todays kitchen. As another solution we lift the floor of both baths and part of the hallway 35 cm up to pass underneath the pipes to go back where the pipes already exist. The proposal (a) tried to integrate all requested without including the future part. So to fit all, the only setback is that the dining room is in the kitchen area. The proposal '' b '' (thats where are the pics from) is more comfortable, but missing the studio space. For the randparents we put a sofa/bed in the dining area.
