L’attico ha subito alcune modifiche nella distribuzione che
l’ hanno resa più fruibile e adatta alle esigenze di oggi. Eliminando le divisioni
interne e collocando la zona notte alle due estremità la zona giorno- concepita come
open space - diventa l‘ ambiente protagonista dell’ abitazione.
Il rinnovamento degli interni ha comportato l’esigenza di trasformare le zone di passaggio in spazi pienamente vivibili. La scelta di disporre la sala pranzo e la cucina non lungo
i lati ma al centro è scaturita da ragioni estetico stilistiche e funzionali.
Nella zona giorno di forma allungata, senza più divisioni interne, sala pranzo, cucina,
soggiorno e veranda si susseguono e rinnovano la concezione del layout.
La cucina fronte mare, nella sua posizione centrale, perde la connottazione di ambiente di servizio ma diventa fulcro e biglietto da visita di tutta la casa. Alle spalle di quest’ ultima la camera padronale dotata sia di un bagno di servizio ed uno esclusivo per "salute&bellezza" con una comoda doccia (idromassaggio).
La terrazza affacciata sul mare, accessibile da tutte le stanze della casa si rinnova per vivere l’ atmosfera della costiera. L’ isola di teak, sormontata da una pergola con tenda a falde di tessuto, domina lo spazio fronte e valorizza l’ ambiente
esterno.
Completano la proposta:
- una camera da letto singola con bagno ad uso esclusivo o per gli ospiti ed una stanza
destinata alla zona lavaggio/ripostiglio.
An attic of Mediterranean inspiration.
The attic has undergone some changes in the distribution that
they have made it more usable and suitable for today's needs. Eliminating the divisions

living room and veranda follow each other and renew the layout concept.
The seafront kitchen, in its central position, loses the connotation of service environment but becomes the fulcrum and visiting card of the whole house. Behind the latter, the master bedroom has both a service bathroom and one reserved for the care and beauty of the body.
The terrace overlooking the sea, accessible from all the rooms of the house is renewed to experience the atmosphere of the coast. The teak island, surmounted by a pergola with a fabric curtain, dominates the front space and enhances the environment
external.
The proposal is completed:
- a single bedroom with bathroom for exclusive use or for guests and a room
intended for the washing / storage area.
