Regarding your wishes,I tryed to do best solution for space utilize,and the same time to make perfect interior design,which give space unique modern appearance and warm and cosy atmoshpere.I give you to variant of kitchen solutions,as you whish,1.open kitchen,and 2.partly closed,with sliding glass door.
So let`s begin from ENTRY ZONE,where I put bench with hat stand.From the right side you will have art painted wall,in nature style,than MASTER BEDROOM,with two separatly walk in closet,with glass sliding door,and own bathroom.BEDROOM 1,have long minimalism desk,one bad and wardrobe.
On the left of entrance is KITCHEN with sliding glass door,in variant 1,and in variant 2,kitchen have interesting BAR with wooden panel,which have LED lighting,and glass panel in right side of bar,all bar area supposed to be reflectivity and lighted place this 3 zone(kitchen,dining and entry).
After dining area,you have LONDRY,and BATHROOM,and at the and is BEDROOM 2,with LIBRARY and desk with wardrobe as interesting detail in room.This room also have new open which lead to the terrase.TERRASE is with numbered place for rest and enjoying the sun,between lot of plants,and palm tree.
LIVING ZONE,cosy and wide,with minimal modern furniture,pure line,and lighted library with place for work or reading,behind house plants and wooden panel,have one warm atmosphere.Living also have exit to the terrase,where is other long sofa,with lot of floor pillows and plants.
