Here is the layout plan I found most efficient from the existing building condition.
I moved the kitchen to the opposite side to create the close-able sliding glass door design as you referenced.
On the southeast side of the house, I added an expansion of 9.72 sqm to accommodate the spatial need for double walk-in closet.
A small laundry and service room also added near the kitchen.
Due to the limitation of plumbing, I do not move or add any bathroom in the right side of the plan.
So I just optimize the existing bathroom, you might need to adjust some part of the wall.
As for the outdoor space, here is just some idea of how it can be arranged.
