Per questo progetto si richiedeva la ristrutturazione di un appartamento per una famiglia di quattro persone, in chiave moderna e con una nuova ricollocazione delle aree e delle funzioni. Il progetto presentato si è tradotto in 3 soluzioni, per cercare di dare maggior scelta e possibilità.
Nella Soluzione1 è stata seguita una linea più conservativa, contenendo gli interventi. La zona giorno viene aperta creando un unico ambiente, dall'ingresso si ha a sinistra il soggiorno e a destra la zona pranzo, questa adiacente alla cucina; la divisione fittizia delle aree si ha con una struttura di armadi in cartongesso, che delineano anche la zona ingresso; nella cucina vengono ricollocati i pannelli scorrevoli completamente apribili, così da annetterla alla zona living. La porta del corridoio che divide la zona giorno da quella notte è in vetro, per dare quel senso di continuità tra gli ambienti. Il primo bagno è stato ripensato con la doccia collocata in fondo per ampliare lo spazio e poter inserire tutti i complementi sanitari. La camera3 è destinata al pianoforte a coda perché più capiente e più facile per lo spostamento dello strumento musicale. La camera2 è destinata per il pianoforte a parete. Queste stanze per le ragazze affacciano sul balcone perimetrale per dare loro la possibilità di estendere il loro spazio anche all'esterno. Il bagno grande ha 3 colonne da 60cm per la lavatrice/asciugatrice e tutto ciò che serve, inoltre sempre in fondo viene inserita la doccia. La camera1 è quella matrimoniale, ha una superficie maggiore e si ha la possibilità di riposizionare gli arredi più facilmente qualora si volessero degli armadi ad angolo.
La Soluzione2 segue le direttive della committenza creando un living che si estende in profondità così da avere più luce naturale ed inserendo la camera3 con il pianoforte a coda a destra dell'ingresso. La cucina prevede una nuova apertura sul living, quindi a sinistra, è annettibile al living aprendo due dei pannelli in vetro da mantenere, il terzo pannello viene utilizzato come porta a tutta altezza e a tutta ampiezza del disimpegno. La camera 1 diventa una camera padronale con cabina armadio ed uscita sul balcone. La camera 2 è destinata al pianoforte a parete e si trova in fondo a destra dell'appartamento. I bagni sono trattati come nelle altre soluzioni.
La Soluzione3 è secondo me la più ottimale, risulta essere una variante della precedente: la cucina viene allargata verso la camera3 per poter inserire una penisola; viene ridotta di profondità la zona pranzo per inserire un un ripostiglio/dispensa capiente; nella Camera1 matrimoniale viene inserito un armadio a muro.

For this project, the renovation of an apartment for a family of four was required, in a modern key and with a new relocation of areas and functions. The project presented was translated into 3 solutions, to try to give more choice and possibilities.
In Solution 1, a more conservative line was followed, containing the interventions. The living area is opened by creating a single room, from the entrance you have the living room on the left and the dining area on the right, this one adjacent to the kitchen; the fictitious division of the areas is with a structure of plasterboard cabinets, which also outline the entrance area; In the kitchen, the sliding panels that can be completely opened are replaced, so as to annex it to the living area. The door of the corridor that divides the living area from the sleeping area is made of glass, to give that sense of continuity between the rooms. The first bathroom has been redesigned with the shower located at the back to expand the space and be able to insert all the sanitary accessories. Chamber3 is intended for the grand piano because it is more capacious and easier for moving the musical instrument. Chamber2 is intended for the wall-mounted piano. These girls' rooms overlook the perimeter balcony to give them the opportunity to extend their space outside. The large bathroom has 3 60cm columns for the washer/dryer and everything you need, and the shower is also inserted at the bottom. Bedroom 1 is the double bedroom, has a larger surface area and you have the possibility to reposition the furnishings more easily if you want corner wardrobes.
Solution2 follows the client's directives by creating a living room that extends deep so as to have more natural light and inserting bedroom3 with the grand piano to the right of the entrance. The kitchen has a new opening onto the living room, so on the left, it is annexable to the living room by opening two of the glass panels to be maintained, the third panel is used as a full-height and full-width door to the hallway. Bedroom 1 becomes a master bedroom with walk-in closet and exit to the balcony. Bedroom 2 is intended for the wall piano and is located at the far right of the apartment. The bathrooms are treated as in the other solutions.
Solution3 is in my opinion the most optimal, it turns out to be a variant of the previous one: the kitchen is enlarged towards bedroom3 in order to insert a peninsula; the dining area is reduced in depth to insert a large storage room / pantry; in the double bedroom1 there is a built-in wardrobe.
