Design Of A Study Area

We need to furnish the study as reported in the attached map consists of n. 4 rooms over the corridor, hall, bathroom.
Much of the furniture is bought as photos allegheremo indicating that the size of the same.
To keep costs down we do not want to change the structure and thus the interior spaces. We just want to use a partition already our property between the room of approx. 18,48 and one of approx. 36,33.
We therefore need suggestions about the best placement of the furniture, the design, the creation of two libraries or cabinets in the hallway and in the balconies mentioned suggestion to use the colors of the walls with wallpaper or not considering the height of the rooms m. 4.20 being a building of ancient building.
