Dear client, given the need for renovation to your attic I have been able to come up with two solutions as illustrated by you and 3d images of the first solution. All include 2 bedrooms, storage, an open living area and kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace similar to that of your reference images. A well-arranged furniture layout has been done to create an exquisite view through the enlarged south window. Also attached is a dimensioned layout to help with construction and changes to the southern window and door. All of which can be appreciated from the renders. I hope the layouts and arrangements work best for your design renovation. THANK YOU

Caro cliente, data la necessità di ristrutturazione della tua mansarda sono riuscito a trovare due soluzioni come illustrato da te e immagini 3d della prima soluzione. Tutti includono 2 camere da letto, un ripostiglio, una zona giorno aperta e una cucina e un camino a legna simile a quello delle immagini di riferimento. Un layout di mobili ben organizzato è stato fatto per creare una vista squisita attraverso la finestra sud allargata. Inoltre è allegato un layout dimensionato per aiutare con la costruzione e le modifiche alla finestra e alla porta sud. Tutto ciò può essere apprezzato dai render.
