I am very happy to participate in your contest.
I divided the first floor into two sections, one for the wine bar and the other for the B&B kitchen and laundry room.
I put the kitchen in a place that can serve the wine bar, the B&B and the yard.
As a suggestion, I provided a door from the entrance of the B&B to the wine bar so that guests do not need to leave the building to enter the wine bar.
I made two suggestions for the first floor. In first proposal, the first floor consists of two rooms and the courtyard (pool/jacuzzi) is accessible only to the guests of the junior room.
In the second proposed plan, the first floor is divided into a room and a coffee shop or wine bar, in which case the courtyard area (pool/jacuzzi) can be used by all guests, and also the coffee shop area can be used as a place to have breakfast.
I proposed two designs for the yard, one with a swimming pool and the other with a jacuzzi.
(According to the small dimensions of the yard, I suggest a jacuzzi)
On the second and third floors, I provided two rooms, and in each room I provided a bathroom, dressing table, wardrobe, TV and mini-bar fridge.
I tried to design the rooms functionally and with bright colors.
On the roof, I provided a kitchen with a bar table and placed the dining tables on the side that has a view of the church.
I also tried to choose furniture from good brands at reasonable prices. To buy furniture , you can use the website and the model presented in the relevant file, and you can use the submitted renderings to choose the color.
