"Less Is More"

Il progetto punta a soddisfare tutte le esigenze richieste, senza stravolgere la collocazione degli ambienti esistenti, (tale scelta comporta un risparmio economico in termini di impianti, quali scarichi ecc.), in particolare il progetto mira:
1) Nel recuperare spazio per la realizzazione di una terza camera;
2) Nel mantenere n° 2 bagni, dei quali n° 1 bagno grande (asservito alla zona giorno), con annesso antibagno e contenente una doccia molto spaziosa oltre ad una parete dove ospitare uno lungo specchio e uno spazio pensato per la collocazione di una lavatrice integrata. Sempre nel bagno grande oltre al wc e al bidet, si hanno n° 2 lavabi doppi. Il bagno piccolo (destinato alla zona notte), soddisfa tutte le esigenze richieste;
3) Nel prevedere una zona giorno, prospettante sulla terrazza, con un ampio soggiorno (di mq. 38,38, dove è stato previsto un camino e/o stufa nella posizione della canna fumaria) e una cucina abitabile (13,10 mq). La cucina risulta schermata dal soggiorno da un muro con un’ altezza pari a ml. 2,00, in tal modo non si ha una separazione netta dei due ambienti e si dà continuità allo spazio.
4) Nel prevedere una zona notte composta da n° 3 camere di cui: n° 1 matrimoniale (16 mq), n° 1 doppia (9,10 mq), e n° 1 singola (9 mq), si precisa che le camere adibite alle ragazze sono state arredate con camerette a ponte, in modo da lasciare ampio spazio per la zona studio/gioco.
5) Nel prevedere un disimpegno della zona notte con n° 2 ripostigli;
6) Nell’arredare la terrazza con sedute esterne di design;
Nella scelta degli arredi, sono stati mantenuti gli arredi già in possesso dal cliente (quali cucina, cassettiera e mensole cabina armadio), mentre gli arredi proposti risultano in sintonia con l’ambiente progettato.
Da un punto di vista cromatico, le scelte ricadono all’interno di colori “caldi”, scelti tra le tonalità del beige e del bianco, mentre il materiale predominante (pensato per il pavimento) è il legno di rovere.

From the point of view of color, the choices fall into "warm" colors, chosen from the shades of beige and white, while the predominant material (designed for the floor) is the oak.
