Il progetto nasce in risposta all’esigenza della committenza di realizzare una terza camera, e prevede di fatto la diversa dislocazione del secondo bagno, a mio avviso troppo grande rispetto agli altri ambienti della casa. La zona giorno è stata lasciata con diretto affaccio sulla terrazza. Dall’ingresso si accede ad un’ampia zona pranzo e da questa alla zona divani. Sfruttando la presenza della canna fumaria esistente, ho pensato ad una struttura realizzata in cartongesso che includa da un lato un camino a pellet e il televisore; dall’altro un gioco di mensole, illuminate da faretti a LED, con funzioni di libreria o mobile a giorno. Alle spalle di questa parete, che funge da quinta di chiusura del soggiorno, ho posizionato la cucina, aperta ma non visibile,dove i mobili già in possesso del cliente sono stati integrati da frigorifero, mensole e carrello di servizio, tutti con finitura in acciaio inox, che a mio avviso ben si sposano con l’esistente. Dalle portefinestre (che in caso di sostituzione io penserei scorrevoli per meglio ottimizzare gli spazi) si accede all’ampia terrazza, sicuramente il valore aggiunto dell’appartamento. Per questa zona ho pensato ad un relooking, che permetta di portarla in linea con le scelte progettuali e stilistiche dell’interno. In funzione delle possibilità previste da eventuali regolamenti condominiali, comunali e prescrizioni paesaggistiche, avrei pensato a un rintinteggiamento della struttura esistente in color bianco, e il posizionamento di un pavimento galleggiante grigio scuro. L’arredamento della terrazza prevede una zona pranzo con angolo barbeque e la zona relax con divani, poltroncine e sdraio. Da un piccolo corridoio di disimpegno si passa poi alla zona notte. Il bagno ospiti, con ampia doccia, wc e lavabo, è stato pensato nelle immediate vicinanze della cucina, per poter sfruttare gli attacchi dell’acqua e gli scarichi esistenti. Subito fuori dal bagno, ho posizionato un mobile lavanderia che può contenere lavatrice, asciugatrice e detersivi. Nella camera matrimoniale ho ricavato un armadio a muro con ante scorrevoli, dove posizionare tre dei moduli già in possesso del cliente. Ho completato l’arredamento della stanza con letto comodini e una cassettiera. Il bagno principale è stato suddiviso in tre zone funzionali distinte: entrando si trova un mobile con doppio lavabo e un grande specchio (come richiesto dal cliente). Lo spazio wc e bidet è separato grazie a una grande doccia passante a raso pavimento con doppia anta scorrevole in vetro satinato. La caldaia, presente in questo ambiente, si può ipotizzare di spostare dislocandola all’esterno, in terrazza. La terza camera delle ragazze è stata ricavata nello spazio occupato dal vecchio bagno. Collegate spazialmente, le due stanze delle figlie possono essere separate grazie a una porta scorrevole, che avevo pensato a specchio. Elemento decorativo comune è la carta da parati che riveste la lunga parete a sinistra dell’ingresso. Nella prima camera sono presenti un letto a castello attrezzato con cassettiere, un armadio e la scrivania. La stessa scrivania è riproposta nella seconda camera, che ha invece letto a scomparsa e cabina armadio ricavata nella nicchia (dove si possono riutilizzare i restanti moduli di proprietà del cliente), il tutto per garantire più spazio per il gioco e lo svago.
The project is in response to the client to create a third bedroom, and indeed provides a different location of the second bathroom, in my opinion too big compared to the other rooms of the house. The living area was left with direct views of the terrace. The entrance leads to a large dining area and from the sofa area. Exploiting the presence of existing chimney, I thought of a structure made of plasterboard which includes on the one hand a pellet fireplace and TV; the other a game of shelves, illuminated by spotlights, with library functions. Behind this wall, I placed the kitchen, open but not visible, where the furniture already in possession of the customer have been integrated refrigerator, shelves and trolley service, all with steel finish l, which I believe are well matched with the existing. From the patio doors (which I would think when replacing sliding to better optimize space) it leads to the wide terrace, certainly the added value of the apartment. This area I thought of a makeover, which allows to bring it in line with the design choices and style of the interior. According to the possibilities provided by any condominium regulations, municipal and landscape requirements, I thought of a colour the existing structure in white color, and placement of a floating floor dark gray. The décor of the terrace provides a dining area with a barbeque and a relaxation area with sofas, chairs and loungers. From a small access corridor we will then move to the bedroom. The guest bathroom, with large shower, toilet and sink, is designed in the immediate vicinity of the kitchen, to take advantage of the water connections and existing discharges. Immediately out of the bathroom, I placed a piece of furniture that can contain laundry washer, dryer and detergent. I got one in the master bedroom closet with sliding doors, where to place three of the modules already in possession of the customer. I completed the decor of the room with bed side tables and a dresser. The master bathroom has been divided into three distinct functional areas: getting there is furniture with double sinks and a large mirror (as required by the customer). toilet and bidet is separated through passing a large shower in satin floor with double sliding door in satin glass. The boiler, present in this environment, it can be assumed to move outside on the terrace. The third bedroom of the girls has been obtained in the space occupied by the old bathroom. Linked spatially, the two rooms of the daughters can be separated through a sliding door, which I had thought mirror. Decorative element common is the wallpaper that lines the long wall to the left of the entrance. In the first room there are bunk beds equipped with drawers, a wardrobe and desk. The same desk is revived in the second bedroom, which has instead foldaway bed and wardrobe made in the niche (where you can reuse the remaining modules owned by the customer), all to ensure more space for play and recreation.
