The project involves the insertion of a central band of services that divides the living area from the sleeping area.The intent is to make the living room and the terrace as a single space.The living area is an open space in which there are three rooms: living room, dining room, kitchen.There aren't sharp divisions of space, but only filters and sliding panels.The size of the bathrooms are smaller than the previous ones, but there are all the elements required (shower, bath, space for washing machine).
In the larger bathroom it is possible natural ventilation, taking advantage of the existing skylight.
As requested, the bedrooms will be three: an individual who will enjoy the balcony, a double bedroom which has a dressing room, in which there will be the customers' equipped panels and finally a double room.The choice of furniture and coatings is geared towards neutral colors, simple and elegant.

Il progetto prevede l’inserimento di una fascia centrale di servizi che divide la zona giorno dalla zona notte. L’ intenzione è quella di far percepire a colui che fruisce dell’ appartamento, la zona giorno e il terrazzo come un unico spazio. La zona giorno è un open space nel quale si succedono tre ambienti: salone, sala da pranzo, cucina. Non vi sono divisioni nette dello spazio, ma solo filtri e pannelli scorrevoli.
Le dimensioni dei bagni sono ridotte rispetto alle precedenti, tuttavia vi sono tutti gli elementi richiesti (doccia, vasca , spazio per la lavatrice).
Nel bagno più grande è prevista la ventilazone naturale attraverso il lucernario preesistente.Come da richiesta, le camere da letto saranno tre: una singola che usufruirà del balconcino, una camera matrimoniale che avrà una cabina armadio, utilizzando i pannelli attrezzati di cui sono in possesso i clienti e infine una camera doppia.
La scelta degli arredi e dei rivestimenti è orientata verso colori neutri, sobri ed eleganti.
