As required by the customer a third bedroom/study and a guest bathroom was obtained into the area currently occupied by the kitchen. The latter was carried out in the living area, while the back door was closed with a panel on the inside. On the remaining space of the apartment were expected improvements to improve usability and comfort: two rooms have been slightly modified in size, in one of the two has been obtained a walk-in closet, and both are now equipped with private bathroom
For the furnishing of the new bedroom/studio we have chosen to use a convenient and functional solution convertible, not a simple sofa bed, but a system that ensures a folding bed comfortable and always ready. This choice allows you to have a real studio where you can accommodate any guests in a comfortable sofa during the day and a real bedroom with a comfortable bed 120 cm wide during the night.
Particular attention was paid to the spread of natural light and therefore have been provided in local blind (bathrooms and dressing) special windows that allow light to penetrate.
Lighting were provided scenic "cuts of light" LEDs in the entrance area and in the hallway of the sleeping area. At the entrance the immediate impact it is given by the bottom wall of the hallway of the sleeping area painted in violet color with light cuts to the sides: this space is accessed through an arched opening.
The entrance is furnished with a console to store items just walked in and, on the opposite wall with a mirror that "hides" a series of hooks and a shelf for storing coats, hats or other items.
The passage from the entrance hall to the living room is filtered by a glass wall that contains the bamboo canes.
The living room is designed as a large open space where follow one another the various functions: the sitting area with two large sofas and a lounge chair; the dining area with a table square of side 130 cm which seats 8 diners and a cupboard to store everything you need; the kitchen area, also distinguished by a lowering of the ceiling, is a composition in line with all the equipment useful (oven, refrigerator, sink, induction hob, dishwasher and built-in washing machine), in the wall next to the fridge was planned a functional blackboard formed with a special painting of the wall. For the wall behind the kitchen it was planned a decoration with azulejos.
For the walls of the dining area and the seating area was planned with a particular decoration of scenic wallpapers produced by Glamora.

Come richiesto dal cliente è stata ricavata una terza camera da letto/studio e un bagno ospiti attiguo nell'area attualmente occupata dalla cucina. Quest'ultima è stata realizzata nella zona soggiorno, mentre la porta di servizio è stata chiusa con un pannello nella parte interna. Sullo spazio rimanente dell'appartamento sono stati previsti interventi migliorativi per migliorare la vivibilità è il comfort abitativo: le due camere sono state leggermente modificate nelle dimensioni, in una delle due è stata ricavata una comoda cabina armadio ed entrambe sono ora dotate di bagno in camera.
Per l'arredo della nuova camera da letto/studio si è scelto di ricorrere a una comoda e funzionale soluzione trasformabile, non un semplice divano-letto, ma un sistema che garantisca un letto ribaltabile comodo e sempre pronto. Questa scelta consente di avere di giorno un vero e proprio studio dove è possibile accogliere eventuali ospiti in un comodo divano e di notte una vera camera da letto con un letto comodo e largo 120 cm.
E' stata prestata attenzione alla diffusione della luce naturale e per questo sono state previste nei locali ciechi (bagni e cabina armadio) delle apposite finestre che permettono alla luce di penetrare.
Per l'illuminazione sono stati previsti degli scenici "tagli di luce" LED nella zona ingresso e nel disimpegno della zona notte. All'ingresso l'impatto immediato è dato dalla parete di fondo del disimpegno della zona notte tinteggiata di colore viola con tagli di luce ai lati: a questo spazio si accede attraversando un'apertura ad arco.
L'ingresso è arredato con una consolle per riporre oggetti appena entrati e, sulla parete opposta con uno specchio che "nasconde" una serie di ganci e un ripiano per riporre cappotti, cappelli o altri oggetti.
Il passaggio dalla zona ingresso al soggiorno è filtrato da una parete vetrata che contiene delle canne di bambù.
Il soggiorno è concepito come un grande open space dove si succedono le varie funzioni: la zona salotto con due ampi divani e una poltrona relax; la zona pranzo con un tavolo quadrato di lato 130 cm che può ospitare 8 persone e una madia per riporre tutto il necessario; la zona cucina, distinta anche da un ribassamento del soffitto, è una composizione in linea dotata di tutte le strumentazioni utili (forni, frigo, lavello, piano cottura a induzione, lavastoviglie e lavatrice a incasso), nella parete vicino al frigo è stata prevista una funzionale lavagna ricavata con una speciale tinteggiatura della parete. Per la parete dietro la cucina è stata prevista una decorazione con Azulejos.
Per le pareti della zona pranzo e della zona salotto, è stata prevista una particolare decorazione con delle sceniche carte da parati prodotte dall'azienda Glamora.
