As you can see, I tried to make things most simple as possible, with no so much detailing and complicating.
You will find the versions, regarding the making the smaller bedroom in the ground floor, bigger. If you make it bigger , you will lost the walk-in closet, in the master bedroom. although the master bedroom will remain the huge wall wardrober.
Which is quit fine for me, and for me, this is better version. Bigger bedroom remains the same, loosing only the walk-in closet, but steel keeps the huge wall wardrober, while smaller bedroom becomes significantly bigger. Good idea.
Basement
Instead of making the kitchen open and clearly visible, I decided to put it in separate room, and make space free for big sofa. Open space kitchen are very attractive and eye-catchy, but in real life, you will have not so much benefits of them, especially in your basement, where the dinning will be perform outside for 6-8 months per year.
