Dear client,
Instead the size the room is too small for lighting. So, I redesign the two rooms the more accurate way to optimize the space (more surface in the room). Also regrouping the two bathrooms is very benefit and economic in the plumbing work please consider that.
In the actual plan I see that the steps of the stair aren’t enough to reach the ground floor (actual + 50 cm)
So, I design the stair with L form for two reasons:
1 To appreciate the view from tavern
2 To use under stair surface in tavern
