The design fully addresses the client’s needs and preferences, resulting in a comfortable, functional, and contemporary space enhanced by details that revitalize the apartment.

Natural lighting was prioritized by channeling light from the kitchen into the living area through the strategic placement of a mirror in the dining space.

The bedroom and bathroom doors, designed with a concealed system and paneled finish, are integrated into the wall planes, enhancing privacy while reinforcing a clean and sophisticated spatial reading.

The master bedroom has an area of 14 m², while the secondary bedroom measures 9 m².

The social area features an 85-inch television.

Air conditioning systems are concealed behind grilles with the same wall finish; these are removable to facilitate maintenance.
