La proposta non prevede interventi eccessivamente invasivi ad esclusione della rettifica della parete obliqua che separa la sala dalla camera da letto.Tale operazione ,anche se non strettamente necessaria, è altamente consigliata per raggiungere una miglior disposizione degli spazi e dell'immagine di insieme degli ambienti, a discapito di una piccola ed impercettibile modifica del ripostiglio.
Il resto del progetto verte essenzialmente sull'utilizzo di arredi,colori,materiali ed illuminazione.
Ingresso,salotto e zona pranzo si fondono in un'unico spazio le cui pareti sono trattate in modi differenti: rivestimento in pietra effetto mattone sbiancato e verniciatura a righe verticali tono su tono.
la zona pranzo viene spostata nella zona piu' illuminata - e quindi "calda" - della sala.
Il salottino fa da filtro tra l'ingresso e la zona pranzo.
La camera matrimoniale mantiene l'armadio a muro esistente e subisce solamente un piccolo ridimensionamento del ripostiglio, di cui viene riadattata la porta.
il bagno vede la sostituzione della vasca con una doccia le cui pareti vetrate riescono a mantenere un'elevata luminosità della stanza.
La camera degli ospiti viene arredata seguendo lo stile degli altri ambienti.La forte presenza del rivestimento in legno delle pareti viene stemperato dalla colorazione delle stesse di un bianco caldo,lasciando viva la materialità del legno.
