I tried to define the spaces of his apartment as you wanted.
I was inspired by the colors oil, brown and cream. Were used in the open space and also in the other rooms in various shades.
The open space is functional and looks on the balcony. To the left there's the single bedroom and to the right there're the bathroom and the master bedroom.
The hallway also serves as a laundry room.
Inside the master bedroom there's a bathroom with all comforts.
