Hi client i had fun while working on this project.
Keeping the briefing of light and airy space placement is done. Living is on previous place by giving big door for better light and ventilation. Master bed is divided in kids room and master bed. While M.Bed is placed with access to balcony. Kitchen is on the previous place but with removing walls and creating big window on the other side(bunk bed room/closet) makes lot of difference in light and ventilation. Because of this it creates light and airy environment in the apartment. As currently light is blocked by unnecessary partition.
Main aspect of this design is creating storage wall between living , master bed , dining and kids room. This feature will act as wall and sound barrier between public and private areas of the house also giving big wardrobes and storage for the both rooms. You will get storage near laundry area for daily storage. Another aspect of this design is staircase. straight flight staircase is chosen as circular staircase will need more space. To obtain extra area this staircase is kept near kitchen. This way by creating a platform at height 0.6m and from the other side steps will start above the kitchen area. that platform kept open to get more light into kitchen area by creating big window. This area can be used as workspace. You can build this staircase now or in future. Floating staircase are easy to built and it gives light feel to the area.
