The living room and kitchen are positioned near the main entrance, ensuring easy access and a welcoming atmosphere. To maximize natural lighting, windows have been strategically placed in both the living room and kitchen areas. The main bathroom is conveniently located near the entrance and adjacent to the home office. The home office and the other bedrooms are set apart in a more private section of the layout, with a smaller bathroom situated between the master bedroom and the single bedroom for added convenience. Additionally, an unused section of the hallway has been efficiently repurposed to include a small storage room behind the kitchen.
The landscape design includes a green area and garden space, with two separate concrete levels designated for a barbecue setup and a seating area for socializing and entertaining. I designed it the way I thought you would like it—hope you enjoy it!
