The project has been a thrilling endeavor constrained to the design of a main bathroom and two bedrooms, including an ensuite bedroom with exterior courtyard access. A unique challenge was presented in preserving the existing windows except for the guest bedroom access. To address this, a separate pathway was created for guests leading to their ensuite bedroom, allowing them to enter without passing through the main house.

The layout was carefully planned to provide convenient access to the guest bedroom from the external pathway and connect it internally to the living and dining areas through a passageway. The extension of the existing roof covered the side verandah, enhancing the guest experience as a separate unit. The main bathroom was positioned near the secondary bedroom, housing a washing machine and dryer, with easy access to the living-dining spaces internally.

Utilizing the front verandah as an open living and dining space maximized the limited area while offering residents the pleasure of ocean views.
