Hello, here is my redesign of your house.
One room is 10 m2, and the other is slightly larger than 14 m2, upon request. The existing bathroom now belongs to bedroom 2. There is a new bathroom which is shared. The washing machine is located in the shared bathroom, it can be hidden with plywood boards, so it is not exposed to views.
I envisioned a modern fireplace in the living room, above which there is a TV.
Between the wardrobe and the bedroom, you can see additional storage space, e.g. for vacuum cleaners, cleaning equipment, etc.
The dining table is a counter, which can also be used for food preparation since it is connected to the kitchen. Next to the refrigerator is a pantry on one side and a dishwasher on the other side. The old kitchen door is now a window, in the same place.
