Nel progetto, in base alle vostre indicazioni, gli spazi sono stati ridistribuiti, ottenendo una camera tipo suite di 14,15 metri quadrati, con un bagno privato, dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari: wc, bidet, doccia e lavabo; inoltre, una seconda camera di 10,36 metri quadrati, e un bagno che serve questa camera e anche come bagno sociale. Entrambi i bagni e le camere da letto hanno un'illuminazione e una ventilazione naturale, in quanto ognuno di essi è stato strategicamente posizionato in luoghi in cui sono presenti finestre, in modo da non dover sostenere la spesa di condotti di ventilazione o aprire nuove aperture. Uno dei bagni viene lasciato nella stessa posizione attuale, dando la possibilità di mantenere le pareti e ridurre l'intervento delle installazioni idrauliche, il che può riflettersi in una riduzione del budget di intervento.
Vengono presentate due opzioni che variano l'area sociale. Nella prima, lo spazio per la lavatrice non è incluso, dando spazio a un bar per la ristorazione e generando un ampio soggiorno.

Nella seconda opzione, viene inclusa la zona della lavatrice; perché ciò sia possibile, è necessario eliminare l'accesso attraverso la piccola porta. La sala da pranzo dovrebbe avere un tavolo convenzionale e viene proposto un piccolo tavolo a due posti. Il soggiorno viene ridotto per fare spazio al tavolo da pranzo.
Oltre a quanto richiesto, si inviano alcune immagini di taglio e assonometria per una migliore comprensione della proposta, e alcuni schizzi interni da prendere come punto di partenza in una futura progettazione degli spazi.

In the project, according to your instructions, the spaces were redistributed, achieving a suite type room of 14.15 square meters, with a private bathroom, equipped with all the necessary appliances: toilet, bidet, shower and sink; in addition, a second room of 10.36 square meters, and a bathroom that serves this room and also as a social bathroom. Both bathrooms and bedrooms have natural lighting and ventilation, since each one of them was strategically located in the places where there are windows, so as not to have to incur in expenses for ventilation ducts or opening new openings. One of the bathrooms is left in the same current location, giving the possibility of maintaining the walls and reducing the intervention of the hydraulic installations, which can be reflected in a reduction of the intervention budget.
Two options are presented that vary the social area. In the first one, the space for the washing machine is not included, giving place to a dining bar and generating a large living room.
In the second option, the washing machine area is included; for this to be possible, the access through the small door must be eliminated. The dining room should be a conventional table and a small table with two seats is proposed. The living room is reduced to make room for the dining table.
In addition to what was requested, please send some images in cut and axonometries for a better understanding of the proposal, and some interior sketches to take as a starting point in a future interior design of the spaces.
