Per meglio soddisfare le esigenze della committenza si sono sviluppate due proposte:
VERSIONE 1:
- Living - Pranzo - Cucina (unico ambiente)
- Ingresso
- 2 WC completi
- Disimpegno
- 3 Camere da letto di cui una con cabina armadio.
In questa soluzione si è cercato di valorizzare la zona notte ottenendo così 3 camere di cui una molto spaziosa con cabina armadio.
Nel caso in cui il cliente lo richiedesse la prima camera da letto da 14 mq potrebbe essere utilizzata come zona pranzo o come cucina, lasciando così completamente libera la zona living.
Si avrebbe in questo modo una conformazione molto simile alla versione 2. Si precisa infatti che le due versioni sono perfettamente accorpabili.
Si fa notare che in questa soluzione il WC della zona notte è cieco: si propone però alla committenza che per ovviare al problema si potrebbe utilizzare del vetrocemento nella parete tra la cabina armadio ed il bagno in modo da dare luce all'ambiente, oppure si potrà utilizzare la cabina armadio come disimpegno privato della camera padronale per accedere al wc, o ancora, si può eliminare la cabina armadio ed ottenere un bagno più spazioso.
Insomma, si è cercato di proporre delle soluzioni il più possibile versatili in modo che una volta proposte al cliente possano essere adattate, con piccoli accorgimenti, ad ogni esigenza.
VERSIONE 2:
- Zona Living
- Ingresso
- 2 WC, di cui uno di servizio (per gli ospiti) ed uno con antibagno/lavanderia
- Pranzo - Cucina
- Disimpegno
- 2 Camere da letto.
In questo caso la zona notte è più contenuta, per dar più spazio alla zona giorno.
Come detto in precedenza le due versioni sono perfettamente accorpabili tra di loro!

This solution has tried to enhance the sleeping area thus obtaining 3 bedrooms, one very spacious with walk-in closet.
In the event that the customer requires it the first bedroom from 14 square meters could be used as such as a kitchen or dining area, thus leaving completely free the living area.
It would in this way a very similar conformation to version 2. It should be noted in fact that the two versions are perfectly joined together.
It is noted that in this solution the toilet of the sleeping area is blind: it however proposes that the commission and for a workaround you could use the glass blocks in the wall between the dressing room and the bathroom in order to give light to the environment, or you You will use the walk-in closet as a private hallway of the master bedroom to access the toilet, or still, you can eliminate the walk-in closet and a more spacious bathroom.
In short, we have tried to propose solutions as versatile as possible so that once proposed to the customer can be adapted, with small adjustments, to every need.
VERSION 2:
- Living Area
- Entrance
- 2 toilets, one service (for guests) and one with dressing room / laundry
- Lunch - Kitchen
- Disengagement
- 2 bedrooms.
In this case, the sleeping area is smaller, to give more space to the living area.
As previously mentioned the two versions are perfectly joined together between them!
