The beautiful living has a small surface related to the whole apartment. This is why we propose to use a part of the entryway. We suggest two different solutions:
1. In the entryway near the window we locate a kitchen corner and we create a small bathroom for guests. The passage to the living is increased to get more light and air. The former kitchen becomes a third bedroom and we also create a small laundry.
2. The kitchen is kept in the actual position and in the entryway we realize a bathroom and a small "studio".
Both solutions try to give value to the remaining entryway using customed pieces of furniture.
In addition we obtain two bathrooms, one with the window and the other with forced ventilation.


Il bellissimo soggiorno ha dimensioni un po' limitate rispetto all'appartamento e pertanto la proposta prevede di recuperare parzialmente lo spazio attualmente occupato dall'ingresso con due possibili soluzioni.
1. Nell'ingresso si realizza un bagno ospiti e si inserisce il blocco cucina nell'area prospiciente la finestra. L'apertura che conduce al soggiorno viene ampliata in modo da permettere una maggiore penetrazione di luce e aria naturali e l'ex locale cucina diviene una terza camera da letto. Inoltre viene ricavata una piccola lavanderia.
2. la cucina viene mantenuta nel locale attuale, mentre nell'ingresso viene realizzato il bagno ospiti e una zona studio.
In entrambe le soluzioni si propone di valorizzare la zona ingresso tramite l'inserimento di arredi fissi sagomati e si prevede lo sdoppiamento del bagno attuale in due servizi igienici, uno con finestra e uno con aeroilluminazione attivata.
