I present to you my project for apartments in Rome
I made 4 apartments,one with 2 bedrooms,each minimum 15 sq.m. and three with one bed each minimum9 sq,m.All places of the water and sewage system are not changed.The stairs and windows in the aprtments are at the same places. All apartments are very well organized and fuctional for living.
Apartment 1 - 75 sq.m no walls( 102.5 sq.m included walls and terraces )
Apartment 1 has two bedrooms, each with a terrace, a place for a large wardrobe, a desk and a TV stand and a large bed with bedside tables. From the antre (entrance hall ) you can enter in all rooms. There is a large living room with dining area and kitchen and a large terrace to them. The bathroom is at the back of the kitchen so that it is easy for water and sewage. . A laundry room or closet is also provided.
Apartment 2 - 58.3 sq.m included walls and terraces Apartment 2 has one bedroom , a place for a wardrobe and a bed with bedside tables. In the Antre (the entrance hall ) there is place for wardrobe behind the door. There is a large living room with dining table and kitchen with kichen islend and a terrace to them. The bathroom is at the back of the bedroom,next to the bathroom of apartment 3 so that it is easy for water and sewerage. The kitchen is on the back of the bathroom to apartment 1 for the same reason - is easy for water and sewage.
Apartment 3 - 44 sq.m included walls and terrace
Apartment 3 has one bedroom , a place for a wardrobe and a bed,desk with chair and terace . In the Antre (the entrance hall ) you can enter in the bathroom and living area and kitchen. There is a living room with dining table and kitchen with kichen area and Tv stand,sofa. The bathroom is not changed his place. At the back of the bathroom is kitchen ,so that it is easy for water and sewage.
Apartment 4 - 59 sq.m included walls and terrace
Apartment 4 has one bedroom , a place for a big wardrobe and a bed,desk with chair,bookshelf and two loungechairs . From the Antre (the entrance hall ) you can enter in all rooms.In antre the is place for big wardobe behind the door.There is a living room with Tv stand,sofa,dining table and a big kichen area . You can go in the terace from the living area.The bathroom is not changed his place. At the back of the bathroom is kitchen ,so that it is easy for water and sewage.

Vi presento il mio progetto per appartamenti a Roma
Ho realizzato 4 appartamenti, uno con 2 camere da letto, ciascuno di almeno 15 mq. e tre con un letto ciascuno di almeno 9 mq. Tutti i posti del sistema idrico e fognario non vengono cambiati. Le scale e le finestre degli appartamenti sono negli stessi posti. Tutti gli appartamenti sono molto ben organizzati e funzionali alla vita.
Appartamento 1 - 75 mq senza pareti (102,5 mq inclusi muri e terrazze)
L'appartamento 1 ha due camere da letto, ognuna con una terrazza, un posto per un grande armadio, una scrivania e un mobile TV e un grande letto con comodini. Dall'antre (atrio) è possibile entrare in tutte le stanze. C'è un ampio soggiorno con zona pranzo e cucina e una grande terrazza per loro. Il bagno è sul retro della cucina in modo che sia facile per l'acqua e le acque reflue. . È inoltre disponibile una lavanderia o un armadio.
Appartamento 2 - 58,3 mq inclusi pareti e terrazze Appartamento 2 ha una camera da letto, un posto per un armadio e un letto con comodini. Nell'Antre (l'atrio) c'è posto per l'armadio dietro la porta. C'è un ampio soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e cucina con cucina americana e una terrazza per loro. Il bagno è sul retro della camera da letto, accanto al bagno dell'appartamento 3, in modo che sia facile per l'acqua e le fognature. La cucina è sul retro del bagno dell'appartamento 1 per lo stesso motivo: è facile per l'acqua e le acque reflue.
Appartamento 3 - 44 mq inclusi muri e terrazza
Appartamento 3 ha una camera da letto, un posto per un armadio e un letto, scrivania con sedia e terrazzo. Nell'Antre (l'atrio) si accede al bagno, alla zona giorno e alla cucina. C'è un soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e cucina con angolo cottura e porta tv, divano. Il bagno non è cambiato il suo posto. Sul retro del bagno c'è la cucina, in modo che sia facile per l'acqua e le acque reflue.
Appartamento 4 - 59 mq inclusi muri e terrazza
L'appartamento 4 ha una camera da letto, un posto per un grande armadio e un letto, una scrivania con sedia, una libreria e due lettini. Dall'Antre (l'atrio) si accede a tutte le stanze. In antre c'è posto per un grande guardaroba dietro la porta. C'è un soggiorno con porta tv, divano, tavolo da pranzo e una grande area cucina. Puoi andare nella terrazza dalla zona giorno. Il bagno non è cambiato il suo posto. Sul retro del bagno c'è la cucina, in modo che sia facile per l'acqua e le acque reflue.
