Apartment Renovation

The renovation project aims to transform a compact existing layout into a modern, functional, and minimalist living environment. The design prioritizes ergonomic efficiency and natural light. To enhance comfort and spatial quality, the sleeping areas were relocated to the north, and the living zones were positioned to the south, where they can enjoy generous daylight.

Upon entering, a bright and calm study-lounge area greets users on the left side. This space is subtly separated from the entrance hall with transparent glass partitions, maintaining both openness and privacy. The former kitchen and dining area were redesigned into two separate sleeping rooms, according to the client’s request, ensuring efficient use of space without compromising aesthetics. The previous laundry room was simplified by removing the shower cabin, as also requested, while the main bathroom remained in its original location to optimize plumbing efficiency.

The result is a clean, balanced interior that reflects a modern lifestyle while making the most out of a small floor area.
