Apartment Renovation

The proposed design is based on a complete reorganization of the apartment layout, aiming to improve privacy, natural light distribution, and overall living quality.
The apartment is clearly divided into three main functional zones:
the private sleeping area, the semi-private central living space, and the public living area.
The sleeping area includes two well-proportioned bedrooms, both benefiting from adequate natural light and sufficient built-in storage. Each bedroom is designed to comfortably accommodate a work desk, allowing flexible use for home working without compromising daily comfort.
In addition to the bedrooms, a dedicated home office space is provided, ensuring a quiet and functional environment for work or study.
At the center of the apartment, a TV room is placed as a transitional and multifunctional space. This area serves both as a cozy informal living room and as a distribution zone connecting the private and public areas of the apartment.
The main living area is located in the brightest part of the apartment and includes a spacious living room enclosed by glass surfaces, enhancing the sense of openness and maximizing daylight. This space is directly connected to the dining area and the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and designed as a central element of the home. It includes all necessary appliances and a functional island, which acts both as a working surface and a social gathering point.
Overall, the layout ensures a clear separation between private and public functions while maintaining fluid circulation, visual continuity, and a high level of comfort throughout the apartment.
